Very excited to see Guided By Voices this Tuesday. Plus, they are playing with their fellow Buckeyes Times New Viking! One time when I lived in England and had no friends to hangout with, I told the drummer/singer of Times New Viking that he looks like a perfect mix of Charles Manson and young Henry Rollins. He totally agreed!! Turns out, he is something of a Chuckles Manson enthusiast also. I also saw them play in a basement with Psychedelic Horseshit who were on acid (for real) and their drummer lost his some of his equipment and used a cardboard box for a bass drum complete with kick pedal (for real). It was one of the best things I have ever seen.
Come to the Warfield. We can eat at the vegan version of panada express in the mall across the street before.
